Student: |
This module facilitates to manage
student record from student
admission to leaving school. |
- Admission: OFM Allows
admitting a student. It contains quota of student
(Counseling, Management/ direct, Rank Holder), course
detail, Personal information of student (Name, DOB, Parents
details, Contact details, student photograph etc.)
- Search: One can search a
student from number of students. For doing this just click
on search link then select course and year of student whom
you want to search. After that you can also see full
information of student and can also edit whenever required.
- Promotion: With the help
of OFM you can promote a student on single click whenever
he/she passes out a class or course, which saves your time
and make your job comfort.

Fee Management: |

This section is related to fee
management |
- Fee Receive: During
receiving fee of a student, his/her fee dues year wise, old
receipts are displayed on same screen. At the time of fee
receive you can add any additional amount or fine. User can
adjust the fee of a student on a single. After receiving a
fee, user is forwarded to confirmation page, here user can
print a receipt and can send receipt SMS.
- Fee Exemptions: Sometimes
fee exemptions are granted to students in special conditions.
Users have option to provide fee exemption to fee head wise.
- Issue Hostel: User can issue
hostel student wise and a student opt for hostel
accommodation, hostel fee is added automatically to his/her
fee structure.

Communication: |

This module facilitates to
establish communication between Student and institute by two
modes. Institute can issue Circulars/Emergency notices to
students using mails and SMS. |
- E-Mail: You can send
emails to student for important notice like; Exam date,
Holiday, Dues notice and many other important news.
- SMS: You can send SMS on
students and their parents mobile when student registered in
school, Exam notice, fee submission notice etc.

Configuration:

This module facilitates to
create or add new fee heads and courses. |
- Fee Heads: To define fee
structures we have to create Fee Heads. Fee Heads can be
like type as refundable, fine or student wise or course
wise. Here we can set sequence of Fee Heads as it will
appear in fee receipts.
- Manage Course: With the
help of this software one can manage course semester wise,
create lateral entry for a course.
- Fee Structure: We have
option to create Fee structure course wise and it can be
changed every year. Here we can define different payment
terms for various heads.
- Manage Users: Managing
users is really a crucial task. Here we have provision to
create users with different rights. A user with USER rights
can do some routine work and restricted to some areas like
deleting a student or fee receipt. A user with ADMIN rights
owned by top level authorities could create users and use
software as they want.

Transport Management: |
- Areas & Support: Every
city has its own landmarks and areas. User can set any
number of areas. After defining areas, user can set stops in
areas.
- Route Plan: Here user can
set route of its choice. Here we have also option to set
driver, his mobile number and bus number.
- Transport Fee Structure:
User have option to define his transport fee structure, it
will be set area wise. User can change it every year.
